Parking and Access

Our hotel guests use the access road designated for hotel guests. For check-in, you can use the parking lot on the right after the field, as well as the short-term parking zone in the hotel garage (approximately 200 meters after the entrance gate).

Parking and stopping at the village square is strictly prohibited for safety reasons. During your stay, assigned parking spaces are available for you in the garage and outdoors free of charge.

Our parking lot for spa guests is located directly on the main road, next to the "Water Goddess" sculpture designed by André Heller, and passes by the "Path of Wild Berries."

Access to the thermal spa for day visitors is at our Vulkania Reception, while hotel guests and guests with an evening ticket can access the spa at the Spa Reception. Barrier-free access is available through the Spa Reception.

Our shuttle service operates daily from 9:00 AM to 11:15 AM and from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM. From 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM, the shuttle is on a break, and no shuttle bus will run during this time.

By car

Arriving from Vienna: 

Highway A2 direction Graz - Take the exit Sebersdorf/Bad Waltersdorf (km 126,5) and turn left - continue straight ahead and drive through Bad Waltersdorf in direction Leitersdorf. After a short while you will see Rogner Bad Blumau at the right side. We kindly ask you to drive until you reach a roundabout. Turn right and you will reach the hotel entrance. You can park in the short term parking area in the garage. Leave your luggage in the car and go to the check-in desk at the reception.

Arriving from Graz: 

Autobahn A2 direction Vienna - Take the exit Sebersdorf/Bad Waltersdorf (km 126,5) and turn right - continue straight ahead and drive through Bad Waltersdorf in direction Leitersdorf. After a short while you will see Rogner Bad Blumau at the right side. We kindly ask you to drive until you reach a roundabout. Turn right and you will reach the hotel entrance. Meeting points: Graz Airport Thalerhof in the arrivals hall, after baggage claim; Graz Central Station, meeting point in front of the Ibis Hotel (opposite Merkur). You will be met by a sign with our logo.

Cancellation fees: 10% from 2 days prior to departure; 50% from 24 hours prior to departure; 100% for no-shows.
